Playmobil is a popular toy line produced by the Brandstätter Group (Geobra Brandstätter GmbH & Co KG), based in Zirndorf, Germany. Pilsan Construction Set (Turkey). Everything is made of a rubber-like material. The pieces (except roofs) fold perfectly in half. The quality is normal, not perfect, but very good. Holds up well, well crafted. My complaints are more thematic. There, in every wall-piece, there are two doors on opposite sides. At the same time, there are only 8 roof parts (two double, four single and two halves), they can close only 9 wall parts (out of 20), i.e. It is assumed that the houses will be multi-storey. At the same time, there is no possibility to make a balcony. It turns out that the doors open into the air. Children like it because they really love building cities :)))
Details of the urban construction set Pilsan (Türkiye). The set contains 36 parts. There are 20 wall parts in 4 colors, 5 parts each, 8 roof parts and 8 base parts (two doubles, four singles and two halves). The size of the wall part is 2x2x1.2 in.
We have this a flexible road for rolling cars. IIt’s name is Zip Track (really similar to a zipper) or Build-A-Road. There should be some additional structures – bridges, sidings or tunnels to create a full-fledged route. But we bought it used some time ago, so we don’t have these elements. However, this is not an obstacle for playing – the children themselves make all the necessary improvements. Our bridge is from a labyrinth for marbles, and the tunnel is Playmobil. Thanks to its great flexibility, you can invent any route option – straight, curved, round. The track is assembled from identical parts that are tightly fastened together, and the gaps do not interfere with the nimble movement of the cars.
Portable Playmobil sets come in two sizes – smaller sets with a suitcase, and the bigger ones with a box. This is what one of smaller sets has in it. This isn’t much to play at home, but this set can be a good travel options. There are many portable sets of all the main Playmobil themes – firefighters, police, animals, pirates, magic and so on.

These are pillars to which you attach wall panels and floors, connected by lintels. You can build the pillars up to the height you need. They have grooves to insert the walls, and the walls have holes for installation with floor-ceiling pins. Their can look very different, I didn’t find the version we want yet, but we don’t lose hope.
A castle be built from the Tehnolog company construction set that comes with the soldiers. In theory, we also should paint all of it. But I hid it for now – the structures are fragile and not sturdy enough for preschool kids.
