Category: Magnetic Building Kits
Magnetic building kits utilize magnets as connectors, enabling children to create stable and flexible designs. These kits often include magnetic rods and balls or magnetic tiles that easily snap together, providing an engaging building experience.
Baby Bear Portrait
These magnetic balls form chains and threads very easily, almost by themselves. We used these threads to draw this portrait.
SmartMax Flower Power – Magtastik
A very lively flowerbed we made from SmartMax colors and Magtastik details. You can see not only animated flowers, but even a mobile flower antenna. Perhaps, we will keep the magnetic flora with this building kit, since metal balls hold flowers very well.
GEOMAG MagiCube Size
MagiCubes are bigger than the most building blocks, so they are safe for small children to play with.
Y-Ball – Manual Page
Just like the booklet for X-ball – 96 pages of detailed information with black and white pictures.
The Pensive Scarecrow
You may as well count this one as a DIY building kit.
Magformers Landmark Set (174-pieces)
This is essentially a typical Magformers set with a very large number of pieces. Most pieces, like squares, triangles and hexagons are common for all Magformers sets. Some, like arches or double squares, are more rare. The set has booklet with building instructions, which helps you to build Magformers copies of famous buildings from around the world. However, this is just an options – just as with any Magformers set, you are only limited by your fantasy.
Wonderful Building Toy!
To be honest, I bought this toy for myself. It’s nice to hold it in your hands, twist it, make chains and different figures.
The Owl
Manetico Owl, made for International Bird Day.
Magna-Tiles Magnetic Cars
The set arrived in a flat cardboard box, which was not very convenient to store the toys. So I put the parts in a plastic box with latches. But I cut out the models offered on the box and use them as small cards with samples (I think that the ability to assemble something according to the model is necessary for children). A total of 20 models are offered for assembly.
