BUBUQE Magnetic Tiles Set
A cute building set made by a Chinese brand. Overall, this is a classic magnetic tiles set, with transparent squares, triangles and other shapes. Pieces are mostly translucent. This set is an interesting one, however, because of different accessories – 4 carts with wheels, window tiles, stickers, and small dinosaur figurines. Another notable thing is a huge number of tiles with weird and unique shapes.

Genii Creation – Transportation. When we opened the box, we saw not a bunch of parts, but 5 small colorful cardboard boxes. Inside them, we found neat wooden parts packed in transparent bags. All this reminded me of serving a Japanese dinner – several small containers, each conatining something small, but very tasty. We used the small boxes for other needs and put the pieces into a small box. And we put the huge packaging of the set in a corner for the time being – we don’t know how to use it, but we don’t want to throw it away either – it’s very colorful.

I shall say that the booklet, although black and white, is actually and thorough. There are 96 small pages. It tells in detail about what you can build from these X-shaped parts and why, about compatibility with Y-ball and Ball of Whacks, and a lot of useful (more for adults, of course) information.

Magna Bones
Magnetic building set. You can make skeletons of prehistoric animals from it. I know two types (maybe some more exist), in one there are more pieces (here is a saber-toothed tiger, 23 details). There are some others with few details, for example, our pterodoctile consists of 7. Mega Bloks also has another Magna Saurs series, also with skeletons .
